Librehosters provide an accessible clear point of contact for users and foreigners.

Indeed, we already have something similar for ourselves:

Either a single person or a group, so long as it is simple and obvious to establish contact using a single e-mail address as specified in the on-boarding process.

So we could add a point under Transparency and Fairness . Can this be another task to complete before July meeting?
