Opening this thread to start getting organized about the last meeting of the year. What are some of the things you would like to talk during the meeting? I would also propose to host it in Jitsi or BBB. Just to get to know each other even more

I heard there is a security vulnerability in Synapse and it will be published on Monday. Will this be discussed at the meeting?
